CEPIC Gala Dinner

The 2004 CEPIC Congress concluded on a gorgeous evening with a gala dinner for the 600+ delegates at the NIMB restaurant in Tivoli Park, located in the middle of Copenhagen.

Guests dined on fabulous Danish fare, with wines and cognac pouring freely throughout the evening. The annual “must read” Stockbyte produced Image News magazine was delivered during a delicious vanilla ice cream dessert. While the delegates anxiously looked and read about themselves in it, others continued to mingle and share stories in the open air park, where a midnight showcase of fireworks exploded overhead.

SuperStock Gallery Opening

Following a company-wide gathering to review the accomplishments and goals of a21 & SuperStock, the celebration continued with a gallery opening reception. Enjoying tasty hors d'oeuvres and beverages, everyone assembled around the colorful new gallery lining the front entry of the SuperStock headquarters.

Rejoicing the "New Directions" of the company, a series of images to encompass this theme was chosen by an Art Committee comprised of SuperStock colleagues. Everyone paused to enjoy each piece in the collection, which flaunts the diversity of the company's image inventory. It was evident that the bright new display boosted the already positive sensation growing throughout the company.

SuperStock Holiday Party

A steel drum band played soothing music, great tasting island food was abundant and faux tropical fish hung from the ceiling. All this and fun filled, cashless gambling at the "Palm Club Casino" made the SuperStock 2003 Holiday Party another memorable success.

With the "Tiki Bar" focused on serving great tasting drinks, family and friends enjoyed the meticulously planned evening atmosphere. People danced, kids played video games and everyone enjoyed the evening ending auction where bids went high and winnings were well spent.

PACA Gala Dinner

The 2003 PACA International Conference, held in New Orleans, LA, concluded with a great Mardi Gras style parade and dinner cruise on the mighty Mississippi River aboard the Riverboat Cajun Queen.

A lavish Creole buffet and panoramic views of downtown New Orleans were enjoyed under the evening stars of a memorable Saturday night. Music thumped, people danced and networking continued all around. Needless to say, the 8th annual PACA International Conference was a roaring success.

CEPIC 2003  Gala Dinner

The 2003 CEPIC Congress concluded on a beautiful night with a gala dinner for the 500+ delegates at the Palacio do Correio Mor, a palace situated outside Lisbon, Portugal.

A traditional Portuguese dinner supplemented with endless bottles of wine and Fado singers had everyone in the mood to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of CEPIC. While heart-pounding music pulsed the room, dancing and networking continued into the early morning hours.

Tobin Russell to speak about his project on the Black Cowboys of Brooklyn

As part of its ongoing commitment to showcase the fine art of photography and promote the work of photojournalists worldwide, a21 is partnering with The Half King restaurant, located at 505 West 23rd Street in New York, to display an ongoing series of exhibitions. On display through April 7, 2002 is the work of Tobin Russell documenting the Federation of Black Cowboys during their second annual rodeo held last year in Brooklyn. On Tuesday, March 12, 2002, Tobin Russell will speak about this project at The Half King. The program will begin at 7:00 p.m. and is free and open to the public.
