| Team Effort by Colleagues Opens Superstock Art Gallery to the Public SuperStock Gallery Promises "New Directions" for the Company Jacksonville, FL – May 25, 2004 – a21, Inc. ("a21") (OTCBB: ATWO), a leading digital content marketplace for the creative community, today announced the opening of a public art gallery at its SuperStock subsidiary in Jacksonville, FL. SuperStock, a pioneer in providing images to the advertising, publishing and graphic design industry, was acquired by a21 in February 2004. The gallery opening celebrated the accomplishments of SuperStock (http://www.superstock.com) over the last 30 years and the jump-start to a rewarding future a21 and SuperStock have jointly made in their first sixty days together. The theme, "New Directions" as well as the selection and preparation of the artwork, was made by a committee of colleagues from SuperStock. The pieces that colleagues selected include samples from SuperStock's core content -- contemporary and vintage photography and fine art. Feature subject matter ranged from people and animals to landscapes and industry. The entire collection now acts as a showcase for the breadth and diversity of the SuperStock image inventory, totaling over 900,000 images.
