("a21") (OTCBB: ATWO), a digital business partner for top-tier photographers and image archives, announced today it has extended its Letter of Intent with SuperStock, Inc. The extension allows a21 an additional period of exclusivity to complete its definitive acquisition agreement with SuperStock.

Pleus, Chairman of a21, though it has taken longer than originally expected to finish due diligence and finalize the definitive acquisition agreement. "We are targeting executing the definitive acquisition agreement this month, and the extension allows us the necessary time to do so and move forward towards the closing," Pleus said.
